She is a Sydney based fashion designer with a boutique in Mosman selling ready to wear women's clothing. Melissa is also a talented couture designer where she specialises in high end evening, formal and bridal wear.

Sunflare Portraits

My cousin Tiffany and I planned to head off to the local park to take some photos. So off we went, packed out coats and scarves which we were planning to use as the main feature of the photos. But we didn't even make it through the front gate of my house.

The light was irresistible that we ended up doing the shoot in my front yard. Some may be aware that I LOVE sunflare shots so was I jumping up and down when Tiff was all ready to model for me and the sun was shining in our direction.

I forgot all about the wind as I was having way too much fun shooting, but I understand it was an extremely cold afternoon, so thanks Tiff for braving the cold and wind. I know I kept saying one more shot, one more shot... just couldn't resist. Sorry - I know your toes were freezing!

My next door neighbour was washing their car and it was so windy that all the water was spraying towards us! I like the effect though, makes it look kind of magical with the headpiece.

Candles

One of my fave candle brands is Glasshouse Fragranges. They have such a range of beautiful colours and flavours packaged in beautiful boxes which is perfect for gifts! The candle smell is so beautiful and strong, it the scent fills the entire room.

The most recent one I have is the caramel.. which makes the whole house (yes house) smell so yummy, Even when its not burning you can still smell it!

Paper Bug art

Love Paper Scissors Bug Art create beautiful paper art and displays for your home. Butterflies and dragonflies are cut from beautiful papers before being hand assembled, with the wings raised up slightly to give the impression that they are about to flutter away. I love the shades of pinks and red colours teamed with a clean and large frame. Custom made shapes and objects are also available by request.

EQ Village Markets

My first fashion shoot

My very first fashion shoot with friend Celia (model) and Luisa (photographer). At the last minute we changed the shoot location from having it at the park to a beautiful shoot in the backyard, styled by the very creative Luisa Brimble at Serendipity Corner Photography.

Shot using manual mode for the first time! What a challenge!

Luisa has been extremely kind to me, providing me wonderful opportunities allowing me to tag along her at some fun photoshoots and even a small wedding (what an experience, thankyou thankyou thankyou)! I can't thank her enough, I am in LOVE with all her photos!
